Brown-McKee, Inc. designed and developed a new bulk chemical processing facility, with the initial phase of this project including construction of a tank farm for storage and distribution of corrosive chemicals (specifically HCL), with space for the addition of future acid/base chemicals. This project involved site development, rail spur expansion, pit style truck scale, concrete foundations, paving, & containment, structural steel pipe rack, access stairs & catwalk systems, and loading/unloading fall protection assemblies, 42’ tall bulk storage tanks, process piping, metal building canopies, CMU electrical building, and new electrical service, lighting, & controls.
