Influent Lift Station

Brown-McKee, Inc. refurbished the existing Influent Lift Station located at the Southeast Water Reclamation Plant for the City of Lubbock, Texas.  BMI removed four existing 84" diameter screw pumps, made modifications to the influent lift station structure, and installed eight new 6,000 gpm submersible pumps with adjustable frequency drives along with associated piping, instrumentation, electrical controls and a new electrical building.  All work was performed while maintaining a minimum influent rate of 40 million gallons per day.
